What is changing?
Renaissance Learning's help has moved!
Each product has its own dedicated help site. This allows users to search for articles specific to each product.
Want to search across all Renaissance products? Use the search field in the Renaissance Help Center.
Why did the help articles move?
In an effort to provide users with the best experience possible, all help articles have been moved from help2.renaissance.com into multiple, product-specific sites. This will allow for a more targeted help when searching.
Additionally, Forethought will be available on all sites in April. Forethought is a chat tool that uses generative AI to give you the answers you need instantly. If the Forethought chat cannot provide you with the answers you're looking for, you can be seamlessly connected with our support team.

Are the help articles new or the same as the previous help site? What happens to my bookmarked links?
All content from the previous help site have been moved into the new Help Centers. Every article has a one-to-one match and any saved links should forward to the correct versions of the new links.
Be sure to save the new links as you come across them. Links will continue forwarding automatically for one year after the new Help Center launches.
Any new and updated content will live here going forward. New help and updates will be on the new site; the previous help site will no longer be used.
